Sub-processors

This page is Annex C of our data processing agreement. It lists the parties that process personal data in website data on behalf of the businesses that use OMBZ (sub-processors), and the parties involved that are not sub-processors. At least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor, we email the owners of every workspace and update this page, as described in section 8 of the data processing agreement.

Current sub-processors

DataForSEO OÜ

Address
Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 14502291).
Processing
Rank tracking and backlinks, once those features are available to you. It receives the keywords, your website domains and the competitor domains to check, and returns search results and backlink data.
Location
European Union (Estonia). According to its privacy policy it also has an office in Ukraine, and its own processors include Google LLC and Microsoft in the United States and Hetzner in Germany. We do not engage DataForSEO for your data until it has confirmed which safeguard applies to any access from outside the EEA.

Parties that are not sub-processors

  • Server.Biz BV itself hosts OMBZ on its own servers in the Netherlands and sends email for OMBZ from its own mail server.
  • We Dare BV, Amsterdam, houses our servers in its data centre. It provides only space, power and the network connection; it does not manage our servers and has no logical access to them or to the data.
  • Google supplies the Search Console and Google Analytics data through its APIs, under the Google account holder's own terms with Google. OMBZ reads that data with the access the business grants; Google is its source, not our sub-processor.
  • Google PageSpeed Insights receives the addresses of public pages to measure them. Google acts as an independent party.
