  1. Observe : Search Console and Analytics, side by side

    OMBZ imports clicks, impressions and positions from Search Console per page and search query, and sessions and conversions from Google Analytics 4 per landing page and channel. Search Console history goes back 16 months, and both update every day.

  2. Measure : A site audit that shows what to fix

    OmbzBot, our own crawler, checks your pages for broken links, redirect chains, missing titles and other technical issues, and shows what is new or fixed since the last crawl. Core Web Vitals come from Google PageSpeed Insights, for mobile and desktop.

  3. Benchmark : Your rankings next to your competitors

    OMBZ checks the positions of your keywords daily or weekly, together with the positions of up to 10 competitors. Backlink snapshots show which websites link to you, and which links you gained or lost.

  4. Zero in : An email when something moves

    OMBZ emails you when clicks drop week over week, new broken pages appear, a keyword leaves the top 10 or you lose referring domains. Every Monday morning a digest sums up the week, in English or Dutch.

OMBZ has three prices. You top up a balance and pay for what your websites use, with no subscription and no price per user.

Who runs OMBZ, and how it treats your data

OMBZ is made and run by Server.Biz BV, a company in the Netherlands.

  • Data from your own Google account

    You connect your own Google account with read-only access. OMBZ never asks for passwords or key files, and you can disconnect at any time.

  • No tracking on this website

    No cookies, no analytics and nothing loaded from other parties.

  • A polite crawler

    OmbzBot follows robots.txt, waits between requests and only visits websites whose owners added them. How OmbzBot behaves

  • Ownership checked first

    Before OMBZ crawls or tracks a website, you prove it is yours with Search Console, a DNS record or a file.

  • Two-factor sign-in for everyone

    Every user sets up two-factor authentication. It is not optional.

  • Roles, not seats

    Invite your team as owners, members or viewers. There is no price per user.

What is OMBZ?

What does OMBZ cost?

OMBZ costs €4.00 per website per month, €0.02 per keyword check (less when you check only the top 30 or top 10) and €1.00 per backlink snapshot. You pay from a prepaid balance; there is no subscription. Your first website is free while it uses only Search Console, Analytics, the dashboard, alerts and the weekly digest.

What does a typical website pay?

A website with 50 keywords checked weekly and 1 backlink snapshot a month pays €9.33 a month, excluding VAT.

Where does the data come from?

Search and traffic data come from your own Google account (Search Console and Google Analytics 4). Core Web Vitals come from Google PageSpeed Insights, the site audit from OmbzBot, our own crawler, and rankings and backlinks from DataForSEO.

Do I pay per user?

No. You invite your team as owners, members or viewers without paying per user.

Is there a subscription or a contract?

No subscription and no fixed term. You top up a balance from €25.00 (excl. VAT) and it never expires. When you close your account, we refund the unused balance you paid for in full, including any VAT you paid on it. Starting credit is not paid out.

Does OMBZ work for agencies?

Yes. A workspace holds several websites, and one person can be a member of several workspaces and switch between them.

How do I get access?

OMBZ is in an invite-only beta for businesses with an EU VAT number. Request an invite with the form on this page and we reply by email. Rank tracking and backlinks start once billing is live.
